2. Digital Products
As our logo generation service involves the creation of digital products that are instantly accessible and downloadable upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once the generation process has started and the results have been displayed or downloaded.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days of a subscription.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payments due to technical errors.
- Failure to deliver the service due to prolonged server downtime.
- Unauthorized transactions.
