By accessing or using LogoGenV AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Use of Service
Our service allows you to generate logos using AI. You are responsible for the inputs you provide and how you use the generated outputs. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Intellectual Property
While you may use the generated logos for your business, the underlying technology, website content, and trademarks are owned by LogoGenV AI. You represent that your inputs do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateways.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LogoGenV AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
